The registration process is very simple and requires only basic personal information. On the left side of each page is a drop-down menu with product categories. Selecting one of the categories will open a page with listed products. If you have listed a group of products that interest you, you can see additional information about a specific product by clicking on the image or product name. If you do not know which category the product you are interested in belongs to, you can use the search box on the left side of the page. You can enter the product code, name, purpose, etc. in the field.When reviewing a product, first select the size of the product viewed, as well as the quantity you want to buy. Payment information is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Delivery
After confirming the order, if there is a need for additional verification of your data, the seller will contact you to confirm and verify all data, usually within 48 hours. From that moment, the delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days. For some less connected areas and islands, this period may be longer.
Please understand for possible delays in periods of large discounts and seasonal promotions, as we also depend on external services. The delivery time can then be extended to 7 working days.
If all items are available, they go for delivery.
After checking the availability, if a certain item is not available, you will receive an email about the availability.
The response period to this email is 2 days. If you do not cancel the order or confirm it within two days, it will be sent to you for delivery. If postage is added due to the unavailability of the item, it will be removed.
When creating an account and a package, you receive an email with information about the same.
The suppliers of Global Logistic Services, hereinafter referred to as GLS, (the delivery service with which Twins Trade d.o.o. cooperates), deliver the shipments to the delivery address between 8:00 and 20:00. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during this period. The courier will contact you by phone about an hour in advance. When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package to ensure that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the delivery note / address book. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone you left when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still can't find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange for resending.
Delivery is free if your order is over 500 kn. For smaller orders, delivery costs in the amount specified during the payment are borne by you.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
Twins Trade d.o.o. adheres to consumer protection policies. As our consumer, you have the right to return the purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. You can return the order by mail.
RETURN / REPLACEMENT
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, you are authorized to terminate the contract unilaterally without stating the reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product and in accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act you are responsible for any impairment of the purchased product. .If you have changed your mind about the purchase or after receiving the order you decide that the item does not suit you, the type of treatment, within the already mentioned 14 days it is possible to make a replacement or get a refund for the products. You can return the goods by mail. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product if he exercises his right to unilateral termination of the contract.

Depending on the type of payment, you will need the bank account number to which you would like a refund.
Goods can be returned only upon presentation of an invoice and with a complaint / refund sheet.

In the case of return of goods or refund to a customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Twins Trade d.o.o. will return the paid funds for the goods to the bank account specified by the buyer and for which he sends the IBAN or will cancel the account.
Refunds to persons who paid by cash on delivery are made after confirmation of receipt of payment and upon receipt of the returned order, and within 15 working days.
Please note that the returned product (s) must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice and a complaint / refund sheet. The buyer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods. This does not apply to the handling required to determine the correctness of the product. If the goods are not in good condition (unused and undamaged or the original packaging is damaged), the buyer bears the cost of postage in the amount of 30 kn so that the goods can be sent back to your home address.
CONTRACT TERMINATION
INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
You can terminate the contract unilaterally within 14 days without giving a reason.In order to be entitled to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the Agreement unilaterally before the expiration of the term by an unequivocal statement sent by mail or e-mail stating your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. mail.
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods subject to the contract were handed over to you or to a third party designated by you, who is not a carrier.
Refund of the amount paid
If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, unless you choose another type of delivery which is not the cheapest standard delivery we have offered.
The refund will be made to the account whose IBAN you provide us with or the card payment will be canceled. You do not incur any costs in relation to the refund depending on the difference in the method of payment. We can only refund the money after the goods are returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us.
Return of goods
Send the goods by post without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract. You are considered to have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods to us before the expiry of the above deadline. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product if he exercises his right to unilateral termination of the contract.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods yourself.
Consumer responsibility for impairment of goods
You are responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. We ask customers to pay attention to the packaging that is an integral part of the product. It is not allowed to glue, scratch or in any other way destroy the packaging (eg boxes of keratin treatments).

Confirmation of receipt of notification of unilateral termination of the contract will be sent to you, without delay, by e-mail.
Liability for material defects of the product
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act (OG 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15) on liability for material deficiencies.
The consumer is obliged to inform the seller about the existence of visible defects without delay and no later than within two months from the day when he discovered the defect.
As a seller, we are not liable for material defects in items sold that become apparent after two years from the sale of the item.
COMPLAINTS
Twins Trade d.o.o. adheres to consumer protection policies. As our consumer you have the right within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return the purchased for any reason. You can return the order by mail.
When picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage (broken parts and dents), the package should not be picked up. In this case, please call us at +385 (0) 95 5171 646 or send us an e-mail with your details (name, surname, phone) to info@cocochoco.hr and state the reason why you refused to download package.
We will inform you as soon as possible about further action.
If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the invoice information is not correct, please call us no later than 24 hours after receipt of the shipment, call +385 (0) 95 5171 646 , or send an e-mail with your data (name, surname, phone) to the address info@cocochoco.hr and describe what problem you have. We will inform you as soon as possible about further action.
If there are disagreements on the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, please proceed in the manner defined by the ordinance on consumer complaints for goods purchased through online sales, which you should send to info@cocochoco.hr. In the case of defective goods, the cost of delivery of the complaint is borne by Twins Trade d.o.o.
In cases where the defective product can be replaced with a new one and when the product can be refunded, we send a delivery service to your address that collects the advertised product and returns it to our warehouse. When the product arrives at the warehouse, we will send you a notification about the refund / shipping of the replacement product. Refund / replacement for a new product will be made within 15 days at the latest.
Refund
In the case of return of goods or refund to a customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Twins Trade d.o.o. will return the paid funds to the bank account specified by the customer and for which he sends the IBAN or cancels the account. Refunds to persons who paid by cash on delivery are made after confirmation of receipt of payment and upon receipt of the returned order, and within 15 working days.
Conversion statement
All payments will be made in HRK. If paid with payment cards of foreign Issuing Banks, the kuna amount of the transaction will be converted into the settlement currency of the Bank (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Croatia. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the exchange rate applied by payment card operators.
The stated price, which is different from HRK, and stated on the page is of an informative nature, and due to the stated conversions, it is possible that there may be a deviation from the same.
Discharge
Cocochoco.hr strives to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data published on the website. Despite these efforts, it is possible that there will be a rapid change in product features, availability and prices that fail to be updated on the website at the same time.
